Lily's ninth month was another where she grew leaps and bounds, with a lot of thanks to the visit halfway through of the second set of grandparents Alan and Alison Christie. They braved some of the hottest, most humid weeks of the year, but it was excellent timing as we very much appreciated the help.
This is Lily turning 8 months old and showing off her walker skills learnt the previous month. And on the right is Lily in her new present the "Lobster" (it grips on to the table with claws! And it is red!)
We also inherited a bouncer which Lily kind of liked, but there is no doubt that she enjoys a good mango!
Mama Alima who cleans our house on Fridays is very fond of Lily and vice versa. Lily also enjoys playing in the baby house, "Casa Shalom", with the other little ones on base, particularly Margarida.
With Christmas approaching we set up a little tree thanks to grandparents Lear and then we tried to do a photo shoot for a Christmas card which did not go well!

We spent a lovely two weeks with Grandpa S and Grannie A.

These first two are also Mieze and then a much needed bath - as you can see Lily is often seen just sporting her nappy because of the heat so she gets pretty dirty!
